Hi,
I'm Daniel, a Technical Project Manager and Community Builder with over five years of experience shipping products, wrangling squads, and growing communities across Web3 and open source.
I currently serve as a Governance Delegate at ScrollDAO, where I evaluate protocol upgrade proposals, coordinate delegate discussions, and cast votes that shape the direction of the Scroll layer-2 network. I also contribute to Morpho Protocol.
Previously at VitaDAO, I spent three years as a Technical Project Manager within the Coordination Working Group, supervising the Tech-Product, Governance, and Tokenomics squads. I contributed to the $4.1M funding round and helped launch VitaDAO Global, a decentralized platform serving 11,000+ members worldwide.
Before that, I was a Technical Project Manager at Varscon, a software agency, where I facilitated agile development across cross-functional teams of developers, testers, and designers, driving a 12% increase in productivity and customer satisfaction above 82%.
On the community side, I founded DeSci Africa, the first community focused on Decentralized Science on the continent. I also help organize GDG Enugu and have contributed to open source projects at Layer5, Home Assistant, and 2077 Collective.
Lately, my spare time has been going toward my Home Lab server and solar inverter setup. What started as tinkering has turned into a genuine love for running infrastructure. I've fallen deep into the renewable energy rabbit hole and I'm not planning to get out anytime soon. You can peek at my public energy monitoring dashboard or my generation data to see what I mean.
I write about all of this on Medium, freeCodeCamp, Hackernoon, and Hashnode.
After a year of homelab-ing, I'm making the deliberate move into DevOps & Infrastructure. I'm actively looking for my next role and open to the right collaborations. If you're building something interesting (whether it's a DevOps team, an open source project, or a Web3 community), I'd love to hear from you.
Outside of work, I'm a movie critic at heart, an avid gamer, and a lifelong fan of One Piece and Batman. Whether I'm writing, building, or gaming, I bring curiosity, creativity, and community to everything I do.
